I have two complaints - first, they're two of the same configuration. There should be one for left and one for right. I can get a fantastic fit on my right foot because all the straps connect on the inner side and it's easy to snug in tight. On the left, the connections are on the outside of the foot and it's so hard to get a snug fit becauseit'sharder to reach. Secondly, there is lots of info on the listing about being cold, but little to nothing about how to use them hot, to the extent that I wasn'tsure if I even could. I had to ask about it. It makes me wonder if it really is safe to use them hot. At the end of thenl day, I elevate my feet on a stack of blankets with a heating pad wrapped around my calves for circulation and these on the soles of my feet for inflammation. I do wish there was gel in the long straps that go around the back fo the heel/Achilles tendon.
