As soon as they arrive they go right into the freezer. We keep a can that has a lid that used to hold the French's fried rings but only about 8 ounces I think it was. We refill that can that is also kept in the freezer drawer of the house fridge. That way we snack out of the can in the house and also have plenty the way we use them for the occasional casserole or topping for crunch on sandwiches or the like or to the side of a sandwich too or soup add. Anyway They freeze very well and they last will into a year maybe two this way. Though we enjoy them we don't eat a lot and a bag this size in our house can last upwards of a year I think the last lasted over 2 years. Couldn't find it at the super market 100 miles from our home for decent shopping so turned to Amazon. YEAH they have it. We also do not mind if they come a bit broken up as we aren't trying to impress any guests with french fried whole onion rings these really are made to be used in dishes etc or to add some crunch as a side addition.
