Review: This is the most practical and a cost effective way if you are a minimalist and you need no more than 3-5 pedals on your board. The adapter is light weight and fits very well well with an extension board that I use. Daisy-chaining up to 5 pedals is quite convenient, with no noise at all (except when I use a high gain distortion pedal - but you always have the option of adding a Noise Gate with it). The power is sufficient (1A) even if you use 2-3 digital pedals that consume up to 300 mA each, as the other analogue pedals have a very low current draw ( 12 - 25 mA). The maximum that one of my pedal consumes is 110 mA. I liked this one so much that I purchased another one as a back up - just in case the adapter or the daisy chain has some troubles (haven't had any yet, so far, so good!). The only thing that is somewhat disappointing is - the adapter does not have Donner branding on it. So not sure if it's really a Donner or some generic adapter. However, it works perfectly well and you actually do not need expensive power supplies. Another tip - using up to 5 pedals will also potentially eliminate the need of using a buffer pedal, as there is no signal loss (or if any at all, it is insignificant and practically doesn't affect your sound). I am quite happy with the purchase. Highly recommended if you use only a few pedals.

**Q: Does the daisy chain plugs come with plastic sleeving or tube to cover the un-used plugs (so the positive outer rings can't short to metal casings)?**
A: You can get this product on AMZ [Dorman Help! 47397 V-Cap Assort.Colored] for $2.62 ... the blue colored caps fit the small plugs just right.

**Q: Will this supply power a tc electronic flashback x4? (300ma draw)**
A: It can do 1000mA max. I am powering a TC Flashback x4 and a TC Vortex, works great.

**Q: The donner tiny looper guitar effect pedal requires a 9v dc power supply that is "negative in the center". will this power supply work with that?**
A: yes negative tip= center it will run any boss 9v dc pedal

**Q: How long is the cord before the daisy chain starts?**
A: I just received it - and it's only 44 inches from the Plug to the socket where the five 9v adapters are plugged in. So - i guess it's changed since those earlier responders described it as 72" - and unfortunately, i ordered it based on those answers.
