A: I believe it’s 14 inches

A: This toy is sweet and soft and not suitable for dogs. 
Please look at high quality toys for pets at pet stores

A: No, his arms and legs are floppy (like jellycat bunny ones) so when you pick him up they hang down. He wouldn't be able to stand on them because they are soft and loosely stuffed. very soft and cuddle stuffy.
