They are probably some of the best budget-priced (at least at the time I purchased them) resistance bands available.The quality of these basic bands is not the same as their pro (heavy-duty) series, which are more expensive.Being able to change out handles makes a major difference, as well.Both these basic bands and the pro bands are made from natural rubber. If they are used regularly, they have a lifespan of 8-10 months. Of course, that is just an industry average -- but keep that in mind. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good assortment with safety strap *by J***R on March 31, 2025* The price was good, and the various sizes provide multiple strengthening options. I liked the safety cord inside each elastic band.
