Price of Atlas has become prohibitive so looking for less expensive alternatives. Mina is much heavier with a slightly bitter taste. Not entirely disagreeable and entirely useable for salads, etc. Trying to acquire a taste for the Mina. Gave five stars because Mina seems of good quality just different in taste and heaviness which many may prefer.
