Before I even took one out of the package, I noticed it had a chip on the bottom. I followed all instructions, cleaned the phone and applied the second protector. It left two rainbow rings which I could not get out. It did not come with the soft card so I used a credit card to try smooth it out to no avail. I had my phone in my yoga pant pockets for a couple hours and when I took it out, there was a large crack across the entire screen. At first I panicked and thought somehow I broke my phone screen, but it was just the protector. I have contacted Amazon and will be sending this product back. I ordered these with some heavy duty gate bolts and was shocked and a little annoyed that amazon shipped them all loose together in the same box.
