MIKEDE Neodymium Bar Magnets with Double-sided Adhesive - 60mm x 10mm x 3mm (4 PCS) Rare earth magnets are the strongest type of permanent magnet currently made. They are amazingly powerful for their size and have innumerable uses. These block magnets are 2.36 inch (60mm) long, 0.40 inch (10mm) wide and 0.12 inch (3mm) thick. They are magnetized through the thickness. They are composed of neodymium iron boron magnetic material and are plated in nickel-copper-nickel for a shiny corrosion resistant finish. Maximum working temperature is 176 F (80 C). These Neodymium thin rectangular magnets provide an astonishing pull of 10lb and every magnet has a triple coating of nickel, copper and nickel again to prevent against corrosion. Our Neodymium magnets are commonly used in creative applications such as model making, theatre design, furniture making, exhibition displays and packaging. They also have many uses in engineering and manufacturing where small size and maximum strength are required. Very strong hold magnets. I need something to keep two door way curtains which are subject to a light breeze from an air vent to stay in place. The adhesive backs was not strong enough to withstand regular opening and closing thus I had to improvise due to the texture of the surface it was being placed on and it worked out great. I would recommend these magnets. The rectangular shape worked perfect for my project. I also used them to keep a closet door without a lock closed and it works perfect.
