Had to return. **updating Rating based on Customer Service agreeing to replace item and reminding me that we have 30 days and 12 month warranty, will update product review once I have the replacement item**Update: we have had replacement case for about a month - and so far so good. Only real complaint is having customer service sending me a message 3-4 times a week to update review.
