Wright's is just water and smoke but is watered down. the best of the best IMHO is Cedar House Premium Liauid Smoke. just water and smoke, concentrated so u r not using half the bottle like Wright's and has such a true smoke flavor. it's more expensive but it is so clearly worth it and since u dont need much it is economical in a way.
