They were really easy to set up once I watched a video on it. They kept their shape even after I kept picking them up to check them and the few times I actually opened them I put them right back together and they didn't fall apart. There is no smell to them that I noticed, even though they have a small packet of bait in them. They were really effective in letting me know if the roaches were being eradicated. I was surprised that they seemed to do a good job on keeping track by catching the roaches overnight. They didn't need to be taped or stuck on so you simply threw them away immediately after using.
