have been using the Himalaya Wellness Brahmi 60 Tablets for a few weeks and I am quite satisfied with the results. The tablets are easy to take and are made with Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), a well-known Ayurvedic herb that supports memory, concentration, and mental clarity.
