It is so easy to use, not hot to touch and it comes with a mat to make 3D art on as well as a guide for ideas and templates to create cool projects. I should’ve ordered extra plastic inserts as my daughter has used up almost all of those that came with the starter kit already (it’s only been a few days!). I definitely recommend for all of the creatives out there.

We got it for her for Christmas and have already had to buy her multiple packs of filament refills because she uses it so often. She appreciates the guides that come with the pen to help create specific things. She has also created her own little knick knacks. Her pen stopped working properly after not using it for a few weeks. She charged it up when she was ready to use it again and it would work for less than a minute before dying. I saw another review mention how great customer service was with their problem, so I reached out and they offered to send us a new pen in exchange for the one that was having problems. 10/10 recommend
