**Q: Do you use the entire box for one batch?**
A: I just use about a third of a box for a big batch that serves 6 with leftovers. It's good but not as good as if you roast and grind the spices yourself.

A: As listed on the box: Coriander, Salt, Dry Mango, Pomegranate Seeds, Chilli, Cumin, Musk Melon, Black Pepper, Black Salt, Fenugreek Leaves, Cloves, Mint, Nutmeg, Dry Ginger, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cardamom Ammomum Seeds, Caraway, Mace. This is based on a picture taken a while back so there may be changes on the latest packs.

**Q: What is the sodium level per teaspoon or tablespoon?  Many thanks!**
A: The Nutrition Facts on the box states that 1 serving size is 5 g with 375 mg of sodium.

**Q: Do I need to add garam masala to my chick peas as well, or just this?**
A: You do not  need to add garam masala. Only Chana masala will be enough.

この写真は「チョレカマサラ」です。でも「チャナマサラ」が入荷しました。商品名に「チャナマサラ」と書いてあるので文句は言えませんが「チョレカマサラ」が必要でした。
