I bought these 2 months ago, and take 2 a day. One in the morning with breakfast, one in the afternoon with lunch. They create a definite chemical burp taste that is very distinct and mildly concerning. Combined with the turk, at the start of taking these I ensured I started a good diet, with a very slight calorie deficit, and going to the gym at least 3 times a week for weight training with 1 to 2 cardio days a week. I started at 170lbs and ended the 2 months at 164.5lbs. Body fat: 17.8% to 16.4% Skeletal muscle: 53.1% to 54% Muscle mass: 133.4lbs to 130.8lbs I have been taking in about 1g of protein per lb of body weight each day during these last 2 months. Noticeably with the calorie deficit I'm losing weight, but also losing muscle. Yes my muscle percent went up, but my muscle mass went down. Fat is burning more than muscle. Meaning that these are not providing a meaningful Avenue to muscle growth if you're in a calorie deficit. At BEST it barely helps protect against muscle loss, but studies show protein has been proven to protect against muscle loss, so I cannot give that point to turk. Given the results I'd say that this works not at all. Between the strict nutrition I've been following, consistent gym, and protein intake, I don't believe there would have been any difference with or without these. I've ran out of my 2 months supply now, and I will see for the next 2 months if anything changes.
