Review: Wrists - I was very pleased with the DMOOSE headstrap that I got, so decided to stick with the brand to pick these up. I was using cuffs that came with some elastic bands, which were good, but I reasoned that if I used those with weight stacks that those relatively soft cuffs would eventually get torn up. These new cuffs are definitely heavy duty. Wide velcro, long velcro, and a simple design all point to ease of use and solid performance over the long haul. They're meant for ankles, but I also use them on my wrists. I do have pretty big forearms, though, so your mileage may vary. They're very comfortable in both places. I was curious if at heavier weights or with certain movements if there would be pinching at the point where you're locking the carabiner to the two D-rings, because the velcro loops in there, too, making it a definite focus point for a lot of forces. But no issues. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the DMOOSE headstrap that I got, so decided to stick with the brand to pick these up. I was using cuffs that came with some elastic bands, which were good, but I reasoned that if I used those with weight stacks that those relatively soft cuffs would eventually get torn up. These new cuffs are definitely heavy duty. Wide velcro, long velcro, and a simple design all point to ease of use and solid performance over the long haul. They're meant for ankles, but I also use them on my wrists. I do have pretty big forearms, though, so your mileage may vary. They're very comfortable in both places. I was curious if at heavier weights or with certain movements if there would be pinching at the point where you're locking the carabiner to the two D-rings, because the velcro loops in there, too, making it a definite focus point for a lot of forces. But no issues. Highly recommended.
