They would have to be plugged in directly to your device. **Q: necesito saber si es de corriente 220 v** A: Llego de 110 volt , le compre un transformador 110-220 y no he tenido problemas. Anda bien el T300. Yo lo uso en PS4. **Q: If i get wheel adapter for third party wheels (no ps buttons) could i still navigate menus with stock ps controller?** A: Not sure but maybe you cannot activate the wheel. As you know we need PS button for joiner joysticks. Mine is nıt activating by itself.
