DONT BUY THIS! *by S***Y on July 31, 2025* Follow up: I recently discovered that even though it has this huge hard drive, I can only access the past 3 days of anything. I only have 4 cameras hooked up and it stated several weeks of recording storage. Of course it's too late to return, so I'm stuck with this junk. Of course it says if I PAY I can see more history. What a bunch of lies and misleading info! Have had it about a week. When I set it up I had an issue with the hard drive not being recognized so I contacted the customer support. There is a specific power adapter for the hard drive (2amp vs 1amp) which I didn't realize. They all looked quite similar. That was the only hitch in the set up. Which really isn't on them, and they helped me figure it out The hard drive hums and is a bit loud, but we have it in a separate room so we don't hear it. It's been easy enough to navigate the app and we have had any issues so far. Hopefully it continues!
