They also use stevia as the sweetener. And it's not exactly my favorite taste, although It does get better after I get used to it. The flavor. Is much stronger than the flavored soda water you get at the grocery store. Absolutely no comparison. What I wasn't expecting was the caffeine, but it's really pretty minimal.And I don't have hardly any reaction to it. A starbucks regular roast. Venti coffee has about 350 mg of caffeine.. This has forty milligrams per can.So it's really not too bad. Coke and pepsi use synthetic caffeine, which hits your bloodstream much faster and can leave you feeling jittery, with high spikes and then serious crashes. This contains natural caffeine, meaning it is sourced from a plant, and the intake is much smoother and the caffeine breaks down in your system. Over time instead of right away.
