You really need to work with a veterinarian for a definitive answer. So, the answer is NO! This product will not get you out of going to a veterinarian. Palatability seemed fine. I didn’t try it myself but the stray cat does not mind eating it at all when I mix these drops in with a Churu stick. Although, this particular cat is not picky in the least due to the fact that she was a stray. The package can sealed properly and never leaked out. Because the shelf life is so long the FDA does not require us to list the expiration date, and because the packaging is so small we did use the space for more pertinent information about the product. On the off chance that you have a bottle from the first batch it will not expire until 2027 - anything newer would of course be valid longer. **Q: Can this be taken with antibiotics? My kitty is miserable and has a very bad infection. Vet gave meds but hoping this will speed up healing.** A: You can use it with the antibiotic therapy but homeopathy does work better by itself. Maybe once you are done with the antibiotics then start the Homeopet item. Also the diet and type of water used will influence the results now and especially long term.
