You do instantly feel the relief from the instant cooling pack. I'd say the cold feeling lasts a good ten minutes, which for me is enough to do the job in cooling me down and allow me to sleep. A: I would say, months! Once activated they last around 30 minutes… there’s better on the market believe me.

A: These cool packs are not liquid until you hit them to break whatever it is inside them.If you’re carrying them in hand luggage they wouldn’t be classed as liquid.Hope this helps.
