The pouch is resealable which is perfect for storage. They are super easy to use and can say they did in fact dissolve completely. I would recommend using hot water as they did take longer to dissolve with room temp/cold water. The smell is nice and fresh not super strong or chemically. My floors felt clean after each use and not sticky or have a film on them.
