Review: Easy to use - This is a great addition to my path to wellness. I am trying to be aware of histamines in my foods. It is advised that left overs be frozen right away so I use this gadget and put any of my left over food in my freezer. It’s easy to write the date on the sealed item. Also with the humidity being high lately , if I open a bag of chips or cookies I can reseal it and it stays fresh. It is easy to use my daughter has one and uses her all the time as well. When I buy meat/food in bulk I can wrap the extra in a sealed tighter way to ensure no freezer burn.

A: For moist food, hold 'Pulse Vac' and release the button once the liquid reaches the top of the bag. After the machine finishes automatically sealing, press 'Seal'button again for a better seal.

**Q: Why is my vacuum sealer not creating a proper vacuum?**
A: The reason is that the vacuum bag opening is not completely placed in the vacuum chamber, and the air in the vacuum bag cannot be pumped out. Please place the vacuum bag opening correctly.

**Q: Why is the machine not sealing successful?**
A: When using the "Seal "function, wait for the "Seal "indicator light to turn off after the sound of the vacuum pump stops before opening the lid.

When comparing all of the cheaper “value” priced sealers this one seems to be pretty solid. I had a different brand (similar priced) I returned due to very weak suction. This unit has great suction. After pulling the air out of the bag, the heater automatically starts and seals the bag. During the sealing cycle it also tries to pull suction again to make sure the seal actually seals (great process for success).
