It works well and is easy to set up
Works well, easy to set up if you follow the instructions correctly despite some saying they couldn’t do it. I had mine fully operational in 10 minutes from opening the box.

Fails to connect to Server
Why did you choose this product over others?:Repeatedly fails to connect to server. No problems with any other devices, just this one.Cheap rubbish made in China - probably spyware failure?Avoid.

Video calling pet camera
Didn’t seem very intuitive to setup. Don’t scan the qr code on the camera, it will tell you to download the wrong app. (Not sure why they leave it on there, life could be much simpler!) or the qr code in the instructions, use the one on the box. Then let the camera scan the one that appears on your phone.Don’t look for the button shown in the instructions either, it’s not there. Use the reset button on the back of the camera ‘eyeball’.Really frustrating to get started but seems to do roughly what I want now.

Great value
This is a great camera. I needed something to keep an eye on my wife who has early onset dementia and this is great. It works well in low light levels, provides movement alerts but best of all I can simply connect to talk to her if I see she’s getting upset. The picture is great and sound is fine. Note that this does need to be plugged into the mains.

Nice but sound let it down
Excellent features, like a siren to get other parties attention. Also lights which can be turned on to attract attention as well. However I had to return this camera as the sound coming out of the camera unit when trying to have a conversation was barely audible - may have just been a faulty unit. landed up buying a different one but same set up.

Security issues
I’d say although it works wellIt’s dangerous, keeps recording, follows you round room, even when all settings off.This is a security problem, says channel busy sometimes like someone else has accessI do not trust this item
