The regular heating pads don’t fit right on my neck & shoulders, but this one does the trick perfectly! The highest setting doesn’t get quite as hot as I’d like for it to (for safety reasons) but it still works wonders & I use it several times a week! Great quality & very soft material.

excellent, I did prefer the previous model which to me was slightly smaller but I've had good luck with the brand, does shut off so I don't worry, heat levels seem accurate. I don't think this is 'moist heating' at all - I have that at the physical therapist this is very consistent heating, good levels to choose. Like all heat pads, be careful on the hottest setting, I never use that just seems too hot. Gave 4 stars because this is my 3rd time buying, just seems like these are terrific but last maybe a year or two, then I re-purchase. Great deal but have to knock a star off since they do stop working eventually.
