I have a dislocated 4th metatarsal in my foot - extremely painful, each and every step - and these have wiped out that pain since I started using them a couple / few years ago. I'm terrified they are going to stop making this one because the pain in 4th metatarsal makes life d*mn near unbearable. The pain basically cripples me.
