I found the interface unnecessarily complex and hard to use. (Probably just me, YMMV.) **Q: Where can i purchase a diskless blackarmor 220? the chassic / controller has failed, and the drives appear to be ok.** A: I have one that is Barely Used and has two bad hard drives. Although they offered to fix it under warranty I would have had to surrender the data on the old hard drives so instead I just wrote it off as a loss and got a better product. If you can't find the parts you need I may consider selling this piece of junk without the hard drives of course. **Q: Can i replace the drives with bigger capacity ones? or is it hard coded to only support the original two 1tb drives?** A: If you read the Black Armour Brochure, they offer the NAS with a number of different HD size options.
