WOW! Is the first word that comes to my mind. My son is autistic and takes melatonin every night and we were out so I ordered this. This melatonin is great!! Amazing! It definitely works in 30 mins and does leave you feeling calm. I’ve tried other melatonin gummies in the past and it left me feeling groggy the next day but not this! These gummies have worked really well for me. With one gummy, I usually start feeling sleepy within about 30 minutes, and I’m able to sleep for around 6–7 hours without waking up. I also feel pretty refreshed when I wake up. At first, I tried taking two gummies, but that felt like too much for me and I just didn’t feel good afterward. With one gummy, I haven’t noticed any side effects and it works much better for me. I also really love the flavor, which makes them easy and enjoyable to take.

This has been so far the best. The taste is amazing it taste like regular strawberry candy gummy you won’t feel that horrible taste of medicine like other brands of including the AMAZON BRAND this 10mg will knocked you out. I usually eat them at 9pm and by 9:30pm or 10pm I am knocked out plus I will Sleep all night until 5 6 or 7am and you will wake up feeling refreshed. Soy de Tijuana mx. me funcionan bastante bien, es mi segundo bote comprado. Consumo la mitad de la gomita 20 minutos antes de acostarme y puedo dormir bien. Saben mucho a azúcar. Ojo, cuando se que voy a dormir menos de 6 horas prefiero no consumirlo porque despierto con una sensación de mucha pesadez.

Al inicio una sola gomita me bastó para conciliar el sueño, después de unos días necesité de dos pero el efecto es indiscutible. Lo recomiendo muchísimo para las personas que como yo, no podemos dormir de manera inmediata.
