It seemed to be good quality and was just what I had wanted, a simple rugged phone for talking and texting without the bells and whistles. As time went on the phone started having some issues with the screens and the speaker. Some of the issues may have been from me, but I also believe that the phone just had some issues or was at the end of its life. The company couldn't really have known about those issues, it just happens some times. I contacted them and even though the phone was pretty far outside of warranty, they were very reasonable and went above and beyond to get my problem solved. All in all, I believe this is an honest company, and they have excellent customer service. When dealing with used products, sometimes things just don't go right, but that's the cost of buying used. I would highly recommend buying from this company! It is very affordable. You can add 1000 texts on Tracfone for $5.40. His old 1X flip phone finally could get no signal and this was the best option for a simple LTE phone. The sound quality is excellent. Crystal clear audio. The battery life, since he has very modest use, is pretty good. It can last 2-3 days on a charge. The vendor described the item perfectly. The phone was basically new. No signs of wear and original plastics on everything. One thing we found out is you must removed the plastic on the interior screen or it mutes your sound.
