The width can stretch a lot, these conform very well to your feet. These stretched perfectly to me, but took about 5 miles of walking after treating with dr. Martens wonder balsom (not hard to find as accessories to these boots on here) before they where actually comfortable. 10 miles before I decided I loved them. So in your case I would do a men 7 unless you have narrow feet, and the width will stretch to fit. The actual boots were amazing value for money and they do not seem to wear very easily and when they’re worn for five days a week at 40 hours they do not seem phased.
