However, the drawers for sorting pieces don't hold 2000 pieces. They do definitely fit 1000, and I'm not sure if they'd fit 1500, but I had to put I'd say at least 500 pieces on the table surface when I was doing a 2000-piece puzzle. Not the end of the world by any means, but it did make sorting the pieces a bit more frustrating for me, at least the first time since I was thinking that all the pieces would fit in the drawers. Lastly, and honestly perhaps the most frustrating of the minor issues I've had: I'm currently working on a 1000-piece puzzle, which of course fits on the table with plenty of space. However, this puzzle has a portrait orientation, which makes it slightly too tall to place on the table in the proper direction. I have to place it as if it had a landscape orientation, which means either I need to work on it with the picture being sideways, or I have to sit at the end of the table and have nowhere comfortable for my legs to be. The table is just like one or two puzzle pieces too short to fit the portrait orientation, which makes it especially frustrating, since it's so close to working, but not close enough. Aside from these relatively minor inconveniences, I really do love this table. I've struggled for years with having a decent space to puzzle, and for a long time that's just meant I haven't been able to do puzzles at all. Then the added struggle of having cats who love to sit on top of the pieces or try to knock them about just meant a lot of frustration whenever I did decide to attempt to work on a puzzle. This eliminates all those obstacles and allows me to finally indulge in one of my all-time favorite hobbies, and I'm honestly so grateful for that.
