This was NOT the case with this company or product. I have ordered two LED lights so far. The first one I purchased was the KING LED 800W rectangle light. I received it two days later in excellent condition and packaging. This light was amazing and very bright. Then I ordered their 600W UFO LED. Again it got to my house two days after placing my order! Simply amazing. Packaged very well and works great. My plants are loving both lights and are growing an inch a night. The citrus plants I had seemed to like it. After operating this light for about 4 months, 6 hours per day, almost half of the LEDs no longer worked. I was a bit disappointed but when the company checked up on my satisfaction and I mentioned about the nonworking lights, they quickly shipped me a replacement LED board that was very easy to install and now the light works fully again. I debated whether to give 4 stars in my revised review due to the initial problems but I think having really good customer service to handle situations like mine is even more unique and valuable in a company so I gave it 5 stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent light! The chips are extremely bright and very efficient. By far the best light for the price! I know people debate this, but these lights can absolutely rival HID fixtures. In my opinion high-power LEDs are actually superior, even. You just can't beat these 10w double chip lights. The only thing I would caution people about is that you have to keep them the proper distance from your plants or you will have unhappy plants.
