Review: Taste terrible but works - It doesn't taste great. I know you should dilute it in water or juice but I just put a few drops directly under my tongue undiluted to get the full effect fast and it does take some getting used to. It burns a bit. That being said...I've sworn by this product for years now. Ever since a major trauma caused me to develop social anxiety disorder. It works fast. The kava really calms the fight or flight instinct. Many times it removes the anxiety and I just feel the manic energy without the idea that there are monsters living in the shadows waiting to eat me.
Review: This product really works, induces relaxed state and helps promote sleep - I have had insomnia for almost 8 years and I use about ten drops of this product in juice at night, along with the Relaxing Sleep formula. Be warned, it tastes awful (that's why I mix it in juice and down it fast). However, it works really well. Within 15 minutes I am feeling quite relaxed and sleepy. I do not sleep through the night without waking, but when I do wake up I usually take a few more drops and I get back to sleep easily. I was Ambien for nearly two years and with this combined with the Relaxing Sleep formula, I have been medication free for the past four months. It was completely worth being free of the medication side effects and I like waking up feeling reasonably refreshed. When I took Ambien, the grogginess was so bad that it took half the day just to fully wake up.

It doesn't taste great. I know you should dilute it in water or juice but I just put a few drops directly under my tongue undiluted to get the full effect fast and it does take some getting used to. Be warned, it tastes awful (that's why I mix it in juice and down it fast). However, it works really well. Within 15 minutes I am feeling quite relaxed and sleepy. I do not sleep through the night without waking, but when I do wake up I usually take a few more drops and I get back to sleep easily. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MIX W/ GINGERALE for better taste

It defiantly helps, within 1/2hr of less (for me) I notice my teeth have unclenched. Have been using on and off for 2 years and totally recommend for temporary situation. It does taste AWFUL but I found mixing it with Ginger ale is best alternative. As more people are on to this I have noticed the price going up and and up which is wrong as this is a very less expensive alternative.
