**Q: Do you know if this product is lactose free?  Most Vitamin C pills cause my husband who is Lactose Intolerant problems.**
A: I just checked the bottle and it says product is free of yeast, wheat, soy, gluten and dairy products and are formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavours or colours (ignore English spelling!). I don't know whether that means product is lactose free but you may know from what I've written. If in doubt, I suggest you contact Solgar direct as the quality if their products is first-class.

**Q: is this vitamin c ( complex ) or just ascorbic acid ??**
A: L-Ascorbic acid, not a complex.

**Q: How long & wide are the capsules?**
A: A little less than an inch long and a quarter inch wide. Pretty standard size.

**Q: What is the bottle made of ? glass or plastic?**
