Unfortunately, the quality just wasn't there. While it costs about $100 less than the name-brand version, the materials and overall construction don't inspire confidence. I originally bought it for an upcoming trip but decided not to use it because I was genuinely concerned it wouldn't hold up during airline travel. If you're planning to use the laptop compartment, be aware that you really can't pack much on that side of the suitcase. It's essentially one or the other—either your laptop or your clothing—making the feature much less practical than advertised. After seeing the quality firsthand, I'd rather spend the extra money on the name-brand version that comes with a warranty and appears to be built to last.
