You need to use a paint brush and not a roller for this kind of wall and it takes longer than a normal wall. Firstly it dries quickly. Secondly no second coat needed on this type of wall. Be careful when choosing brilliant white - it really is very white and clean looking. The outcome - the wall is no longer loose but solid, and has lost its sharp edges and is smooth to the touch. When the sun shines on the wall it is very bright - makes the garden look bigger and brighter. It might seem expensive but you cover a lot of wall for this amount.
