The quality seems fine.The installation was totally frustrating. The diagram is just so insufficient.It turned out you need to remove C (a small part that is already attached to the main B part) from this part, which I expected (from the diagram) but could never figure out how to do. It unclipped from the top with a small screw driver. NOT at all obvious, clear or easy to do. Then connecting to the blade, when following the diagram was fairly clear but took a few tries.Also, when I called their support phone number, I got dropped twice and then when I did get through I was forwarded to support for Anco and I ended up hanging up after 5 mins.Lastly, the waste that is part of this product is so bad for the environment. See the picture for all the parts that get tossed because they are not used. What a waste. Never had a problem until today. Received these 2 months ago to the day. Have gone less than 400 miles in that car since installing. Not sure if we’ve even been out in the rain since installing. Turned them on today and half the rubber blade was flapping around, completely out of its groove. Managed to work it back in, but not sure we can trust it to perform. Wasn’t raining after we fixed, so don’t know if they’ll hold at all, but even if it does, will it the next time?!
