It is pink in variations of color intensity because it is made from a certain type of coconuts, young "Nam Hom" coconuts which are considered the royalty of all coconuts and the best available on earth, what Filet Mignon is to steak the Nam Hom is to coconuts! Both the flesh and water of this coconuts is often pink and this particular variety of coconut also has the highest concentration of essential electrolytes and other minerals and vitamins in it.It is more hydrating than water because the electrolytes allow your muscles to absorb the water more readily and efficiently! It's like natures Gatorade! It is naturally lightly sweet and very refreshing. This water is made by using mainly young Nam Hom coconuts from a small region in Thailand (which is the only place they grow) and blending there water with the water from mature premium coconuts of other Asian varieties.Other brands such as Harmless Harvest are also known for sometimes being pink due to them using some Nam Hom coconuts in there blend!This is by far the superior brand of coconut water in taste, freshness, nutrition and value in my opinion.
