Note: I didn't use the included wiring and connectors, this went into an existing installation and was spliced into existing wiring directly - didn't want extra points of failure. Another review mentioned the hold down screws weren't tight and I found this to be true as well - so if you do use the included wiring make sure to double check the hold down screws on all 4 connections. So I've installed it twice and yes, it is a small box and difficult to get 10 gauge wires into and out of it. But that was the point, I bought the smallest disconnect I could find to save room in the area all my wiring comes together... not a big deal. After all, you only wore it up once (ideally)! Just work methodically, make sure the cap and grommet are on the wires before sending them through and pinching them down to the disconnect switches. Now that it is in I really like it being small, it does what it does and my setup is compliant with standards/code.
