It underpromised and overperformed. I have a section of fencing under a tree and it gets very very moldy. I have not touched it in a few yrs. No cleaning, no power washing. Nothing! It was covered in snow most of the winter and the light wood color basically turned green/black. I sprayed it on and within seconds I see it is working. Within 5 minutes the mold was gone and the fence was back to its original color. I did not scrub. It is coudy today and humid today so no help from mother nature. THIS PRODUCT JUST WORKS!!!!! It is strong... very strong. So strong the instructions state to use a sprayer graded for bleach. And this product smells very strongly of bleach. Pictures show before and after at the 3 minute mark.
