It cooks well too. Heat is evenly distributed. Great for cooking fillets of fish and chicken breast with a few tomatoes around. Don't use it on too high a heat. Use silicone spatulas only. Wash straight away. If you look after it it seems to last. Mine looks like new still after many uses. Highly recommended. Finding a frying pan that doesn't cost the earth and doesn't lose its non stick coating after five minutes has become harder. I'm hoping this pan lasts a while... and a lot longer than the months some of the other failed ones have lasted. Don't know about safety of the coatings.
