After receiving it and installing it, I found it to be working properly and without any issues. With that being said, replacing the LCD/Digitizer is in general not that difficult a process but is very tedious and MUST be done gently because the parts are so tiny and delicate. The screws are very tiny and are the size of watch screws so be sure to have a safe place to put them and note where each screw came from. Also make sure the screw driver you are using is magnetized as that will make it much easier. Several reviews mentioned that the new LCD did not seal properly into the case. I encountered the same issue and it was not a problem with the new LCD it was the fact that the metal cover which must be removed to detach the old cables from the LCD to the phone and then after you re-attach the new LCD cables you must make sure that you properly seat the metal cover. It must be seated perfectly and be flat. If it is the LCD will snap in place and be seated properly. If not it will appear to float about 1mm above the case.The assembly I received included the camera and home button assembly as well as the metal back frame and a set of necessary tools. All that was required was to remove two screws from the bottom of the iPhone case. Lift the screen up (Takes some patience) and carefully hold it as the cables will still be attached. Remove the cable cover plate (3 screws). Gently remove the three connectors and then remove the old screen. Reverse the above steps for installing the new one.One thing I strongly suggest is that once you have attached the new screen, turn it on and test it before you start reassembling everything. Make sure it works and touch icons in several different areas to make sure the digitizer is working properly as well. If it does not appear to be working correctly try reattaching the cables as one of them may not have seated properly.Overall very happy. But the auto dimming/brightening doesn't work at all now... I have done allot of research and found that normally it is due to the clear plastic rectangle not being installed around the light sensor. Thinking that this HAD to be the problem I reached out the the seller asking for a new screen, compensation for it not working or something.... The seller responded quickly and informed me that there wasn't much profit made from this on his/her end and it wouldn't really be worth their time or money to refund the entire order, but offered to refund enough to buy the part I thought would fix it..... I being a small business owner myself respected that told them to not worry as I had already ordered the small plastic piece that should fix it.Almost a week later I received the part to fix my phone... Took the screen back off and found that the piece I thought would be missing was indeed there and installed correctly... the sensors themselves are most likely bad! This is one of the more expensive screens I have ordered and I expected better, but I understand not every item will always be perfect. For now I am manually adjusting my brightness and will continue to do so until I get tired of doing that and either order a whole new screen or a new phone!As for the product, it seems to work great besides the brightness. On my last screen that I had replaced, I had to swap the home button, which ruined the diaphragm and 3M tape around it. So the home button would constantly rotate and not stay flush with the screen. This screen, though, comes with the front camera and home button already attached. It's flush with the screen and works flawlessly. The screen looks great. I've had some screens with bad backlighting which results in bright spots near the top of the screen. Not this one. The backlighting is uniform.The screen arrived in a Huawei 8652 box with extra foam padding. A little confusing at first (since I didn't order a phone from 2003), but the extra padding was nice. All the cables fit perfectly. Check other screens before you buy them because most will be missing these accessories (which came on this screen...nice!): Front Camera, Home Button, and Back plate.I'm going to give my now working phone to my daughter for her birthday and I suspect that within the first year she'll come to me with a large crack on it. When that happens, I'll be buying another one of these screens.
