Soft and supportive at the same time. Such a great value for the price.However, shipping was a real hassle. Amazon shipped this through USPS. The day it was supposed to arrive, the mail carrier left us a note that said it was too big to deliver. They left this note in the mailbox, not at our doorstep so by the time we got it, the post office was closed for the weekend. Went to the post office during the work day, waited in a long line, and they had the package. Luckily, the gentleman helping me helped carry it to my car.
