Much more convenient sizing, easy to put a pop socket on the back and read with one hand which was a must since I was looking for something easy to use while Im up with baby at night. The Kindle Fire has a better price point but if you’re not specifically looking for a tablet, this is the better quality kindle. Battery life is incredible! I haven’t charged it in 2 months and read for at least a few hours a week, most of the time longer than that. In comparison, the kindle fire had to be charged every other day. This kindle is lightweight, so if you struggle with holding heavy books or items for long periods, this one is really nice! Also has a very nice reading experience.
