I specifically bought this machine because of its 12 cup capacity and permanent filter included. The machine makes 12 cups in about 10 minutes, the filter is easy to clean and produces good coffee. My only real complaint is the short power cord and somewhat flimsy construction but for the $30 I paid it is completely acceptable.

I was looking to replace my coffee maker due to leakage and came across this one on Amazon. The most important feature to me was auto shut off after 2 hrs. for safety. I had a friend that lost her house to a fire that was believed to have started from the coffee maker. I can’t take a chance like that when my dogs are left crated when I leave. I can’t count the times Ive had to turn around and go home to check the coffee got turned off. The second important thing was no bells and whistles. I don’t use them. This model has an on/off switch. That’s it. Great! The third was cost and this came in 1st in affordability for a coffee maker with automatic shut off. I understand this is a family owned business and I love supporting small businesses. Thank you, for a great product at an affordable price! Also, makes a great pot of coffee! Forgot that😂
