They have held up perfectly & not ripping, tearing & the foam is holding up strong (it's not memory foam). The thread they used to secure the sole onto the fabric is thick & sturdy. I wear size 7.5 normally BUT ordered size 6-7. I put my feet in till my toes reached the tip & they were a little tight & it did take an hour to break them in but that's to be expected.
