Review: Great glaze! - A little more expensive than other websites, but still delivery was quick and the product is amazing Review: Great glaze, didnt run! - As a beginner hobby potter, I was nervous about buying glazes and having them run in the studio kiln and damaging the shelves. I just got my first pieces out and not one had a run! I did 9 bowls with this glaze and they range from light blue with green to a more turquoise color. I thinned it down a little with water because it was pretty thick when i got it and i think those pieces turned out better. Easy to brush on! ## Features - AMACO Potter's Choice PC-17 Honey Flux High Fire Glaze (16 oz.) is a creamy color that increases flow when layered over glazes. - Apply to Cone 04 bisque, then fire to Cone 5-6; this liquid ceramic pottery glaze is an opaque honey and cream at Cone 5 but shifts to a beautiful fluid white with honey flecks at Cone 6. - Layerable mid-high fire (Cone 5-6) AMACO Potter's Choice "PC" Glazes are a collection of potters' favorites made easy! - Suitable for all AMACO stoneware and porcelain clays. - Fired in oxidation, they are designed for artists desiring Cone 10 reduction effects without using a reduction gas kiln or firing at high temperatures. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DKTVQSLR | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,465 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #2 in Ceramics Glazes | | Brand | AMACO | | Brand Name | AMACO | | Color | PC-17 Honey Flux | | Color Code | Not Available | | Container Type | Jar | | Coverage | 50 Square Feet | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 1,581 Reviews | | Finish Type | Gloss | | Full Cure Time | 24 hours | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Is Waterproof | False | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Volume | 16 fluid ounces | | Item Weight | 1.7 pounds | | Manufacturer | AMACO | | Model Name | A-PC Potter's Choice Glaze | | Model Number | 35534S | | Paint Type | Ceramic Glaze | | Part Number | 35534S | | Size | 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) | | Special Feature | Cone 5-6, Layerable, Mid-High Fire | | Special Features | Cone 5-6, Layerable, Mid-High Fire | | Specific Uses For Product | Ceramics and Pottery | | Surface Recommendation | Bisqueware | | UPC | 039672355347 | | Unit Count | 16 Fluid Ounces | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** AMACO - **Color:** PC-17 Honey Flux - **Finish Type:** Gloss - **Item Volume:** 16 fluid ounces - **Paint Type:** Ceramic Glaze - **Size:** 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) - **Special Feature:** Cone 5-6, Layerable, Mid-High Fire - **Specific Uses For Product:** Ceramics and Pottery - **Surface Recommendation:** Bisqueware - **Unit Count:** 16 Fluid Ounces ## Images ![AMACO "PC" Potter's Choice Glazes - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/518mlbcHMfL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great glaze! *by W***Y on September 8, 2026* A little more expensive than other websites, but still delivery was quick and the product is amazing ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great glaze, didnt run! *by B***K on May 12, 2026* As a beginner hobby potter, I was nervous about buying glazes and having them run in the studio kiln and damaging the shelves.
