I spoke to them about their warranty and they offered to replace the unit, but then wanted me to pay shipping and import costs that would be more than the device itself. It works great and gives me real peace of mind knowing I can locate my dog if she ever gets away from me. When my dog was a puppy, I bought the small tracker, and it worked so well that I later purchased the XL Adventure version so I’d already have it when she was big enough. When the time came to switch to the larger tracker, the process was very easy and completely hassle-free. The tracking has been reliable, easy to use, and incredibly reassuring—especially for a curious or active dog. There is a subscription required, but it’s very reasonably priced, especially if you choose the two-year plan. As a dog lover, I honestly can’t put a price on the safety and security of knowing my dog is protected. I also had a great experience with customer service. When I first signed up, I accidentally ordered the more expensive Pro subscription. I emailed customer support, and they were very easy to deal with and resolved the issue quickly. I received a refund for the difference in packages and was switched to the subscription I wanted in no time at all. I absolutely love my Tractive dog tracker. It works great and gives me real peace of mind knowing I can locate my dog if she ever gets away from me. When my dog was a puppy, I bought the small tracker, and it worked so well that I later purchased the XL Adventure version so I’d already have it when she was big enough. When the time came to switch to the larger tracker, the process was very easy and completely hassle-free. The tracking has been reliable, easy to use, and incredibly reassuring—especially for a curious or active dog. There is a subscription required, but it’s very reasonably priced, especially if you choose the two-year plan. As a dog lover, I honestly can’t put a price on the safety and security of knowing my dog is protected. I also had a great experience with customer service. De racker heeft mij al 2x geholpen wantzeker de tweede keer kon ik de hond in Frankrijk bijna 10 Km van huis terugvinden nadat ze het spoor van een hert was gaan volgen. Verder kan ik haar activiteiten in de gate houden qua activiteit en ruste/slaap en leuke wandelingen bekijken en afstand en tijd van lopen nadien terug zien.
