I always have this in stock because I suffer from seriously bad tension migraines that cause pain, then nausea and then vomiting (like bad) and my migraine meds don't help with nausea. It doesn't taste like ginger because it's a dark extract (more potent it seems) so I put a dropper full into soda water and make a natural ginger ale drink. It definitely helps to calm nausea. It's also great for indigestion (A Thanksgiving savior). I highly recommend it!!! I buy the 1,000mg one.

I've been using that supplement for many years, to help keep me healthy. It is reasonably priced, and easy to take. I take 1-dropper-full each day in the morning to keep me healthy; however, if I'm not feeling well, I take 1-dropper-full in the morning, and a second dropper-full in the evening. I highly recommend it.
