I like the custom KK thumb grips. The metal finish looks cool and feels great when aiming. My accuracy on COD has definitely improved but you’ll likely need to tweak your settings before noticing an improvement. Replacing is fairly straightforward if you have solid experience soldering on smaller boards. I wouldn’t recommend attempting this replacement if you aren’t competent with the above as there’s a large margin for error which will likely result in random faults with your pad or bricking it altogether.
